Returns
Our products are covered for manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@mnched.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll share an address with you for our warehouse in the UK. Customer is responsible for paying shipping for the returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any items purchased via a 3rd party retailer must be returned to that retailer.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time you receive your order confirmation email to do so by email hello@mnched.com as otherwise we will have already processed your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after this time, you will be responsible for paying any return postage fees.
